What types of clothing do you offer?

At Shop JJ at Estrella, we offer a wide range of clothing for girls and boys.  Keep coming back as we will be adding more offerings soon! We offer brand new clothing from stores you love at a discount.

How do I shop for items?

We recommend clicking on the shop all buttons on our home page and filtering by size. You can also use the menu in the upper left to further filter by category if you prefer. If at anytime you want to return home, click our Logo at the top of every page.

Do you offer returns?

No, we do not offer returns. As we provide highly discounted items, we are unable to accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges for same priced items if requested within 2 business days and the product is in the same condition as purchased.

How can I request an exchange?

To request an exchange, please contact us at shopjj21@outlook.com. Please provide your order details and the item you would like to exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Where are you located?

We are located in Estrella Mountain Ranch in Goodyear Arizona. Purchases are available for pickup or shipping within the United States. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

When you place an order for pickup you can receive your order as soon as the next day. Shipments are typically sent out the following business day and you will receive a tracking number in your email. 

Where is my order confirmation email?

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email and another email when your order is ready reminding you to pickup. If you don't receive an email, be sure to check your spam and junk folder. You can prevent these from going to spam/junk in the future by marking the email as not junk.
